Please allow 1-3 business days for processing time. Shipping usually takes 2-5 days (not including processing time and depending on what shipping method you chose).
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for a package once it is in the carrier's hands and ask that you immediately contact USPS if a package is lost or delayed.
If the status on your order says delivered and you would like to file a claim, please contact USPS directly by calling (800)-275-8777 and have your tracking number on hand.
What may result in a delayed order?
- Missing PO Box Numbers
- Incomplete addresses/misspelled addresses
- Un-deliverable addresses or return to sender
If a shipping address happens to be typed incorrectly and is shipped back to us, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the additional fee for re-shipment.
